How Verdo Operations Works
Field Operators are automatically assigned to groups by our system based on region, client, and workload balance. Each group has one Group Leader who coordinates visits and ensures quality. Managers assign monthly client locations and oversee all operations.
Field Operator
The foundation of Verdo Operations. Field Operators conduct on-site visits and submit detailed reports through the Verdo Operations Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned business locations to conduct field assessments and environment evaluations
- Complete assessment checklists, compliance checks, and quality evaluations using the Verdo mobile app
- Submit detailed reports with photography and documentation through the Hub
- Log time and mileage for accurate compensation tracking
- Report issues or concerns directly through the system
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct across all client sites
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Smartphone or tablet with camera and internet access
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital reporting tools

Group Leader
Each group has one Group Leader who ensures all assigned visits are completed and coordinates with Field Operators.
Key Responsibilities
- View all assigned client locations and visit schedules for your group
- Monitor visit completion status and ensure timely submissions
- Communicate with Field Operators to coordinate assignments
- Click 'Complete Task' to finalize group submissions after all visits are done
- Make adjustments and reassign visits if Field Operators are unavailable
- Ensure quality standards are met before final submission to management
Requirements
- 6+ months experience as a Field Operator
- Proven track record of quality work and reliability

Manager
Managers assign client locations to groups, review completed reports, and oversee operational performance across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign client locations to groups at the start of each month
- Review completed reports from Group Leaders before client delivery
- Approve final reports and email results to clients
- Oversee visit metrics including completion rates and environment averages
- Monitor operator performance and provide feedback
- Reassign Field Operators between groups manually when necessary
- Ensure client satisfaction and operational consistency
Requirements
- 12+ months experience as a Group Leader or 2+ years in operations management
- Strong understanding of multi-site operations and quality standards
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Analytical skills to review metrics and identify trends
- Decision-making abilities and strategic thinking

Payment Schedule
Team members are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. All hours and mileage are submitted through the Verdo Operations Hub and reviewed by your Group Leader before processing.
