How do I add or remove employees in the Management Suite?
Navigate to the Employees section from the sidebar. Click 'Add Employee' to create a new profile with their name, email, role, and department. Use the Edit button next to any employee to update their details or deactivate them.
How do I assign tasks to my team?
Go to Tasks in the sidebar and click 'Create Task'. You can assign tasks to all employees, a specific department, or an individual employee, set priority levels, and add due dates.
How do I set up employee schedules?
Open Scheduling from the sidebar. Select an employee and assign shifts by choosing a date, start time, and end time. You can also add role labels and notes for each shift.
Can employees clock in and out on their own?
Yes. Employees can clock in and out from their workforce dashboard. All time entries are recorded and available for managers to review under Timesheets.
How do I manage departments?
Go to the Departments section. Managers can create, edit, and deactivate departments. Departments created in the portal are labeled 'Portal Managed' and cannot be deleted from the Management Suite.
How do I view analytics and reports?
Open Analytics from the sidebar to see real-time metrics on hours worked, sales, inventory health, and employee performance. For official Verdo reports, visit the Verdo Reports section.
How do I configure POS terminals?
Navigate to Operations → POS Terminals. From there you can manage terminal settings, employee access controls, selling modes, and deploy catalog changes to your terminals.
What are Workforce Domains and how do I manage them?
Each Workforce Domain corresponds to one of your business locations. Domain controls (managed from the Organization Admin Portal) determine which modules and capabilities are available to managers and employees. Contact your client administrator to adjust domain controls.
