Entry Level

The foundation of Verdo Operations. Field Operators visit client locations, conduct hands-on assessments, document findings, and submit detailed reports using our mobile platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled site visits across assigned locations
  • Evaluate cleanliness, compliance, and operational standards
  • Submit structured reports within 24 hours of each visit
  • Represent Verdo with professionalism at all client locations

Group Leader

Mid Level
02

Group Leaders oversee a team of Field Operators, manage scheduling, review submitted reports for quality, and serve as the direct liaison between field teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assign field visits for your team
  • Review and approve Field Operator reports before delivery
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to operators
  • Escalate client issues and operational concerns to management

Operations Manager

Senior Level
03

Operations Managers drive regional or national field performance, manage multiple Group Leaders, build client relationships, and contribute to Verdo's operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple Group Leaders and field teams
  • Manage client accounts and satisfaction across assigned regions
  • Develop and refine operational processes and standards
  • Report performance metrics and growth insights to leadership
